We have to admit that when we first met Julia and Justin, our jaws dropped. They looked like a couple straight out of the cover of a Hollywood magazine. Beautiful, yet absolutely in love. Totally natural, yet sincere. We knew one thing – besides capturing their wedding reportage, we absolutely had to convince them to have a foreign photo shoot. Luckily, it turned out to be incredibly easy. We ended up in the amazing Venice.
Lost in Venice: Extraordinary Details
As we wandered through the narrow streets of Venice, we allowed ourselves to get lost, all the while tilting our heads up and photographing the extraordinary details of the city. Often, we veered away from the popular spots crowded with tourists and followed the first empty alley that led us to equally charming squares or parts of Venice.
Capturing Moments: Sunrises and Sunsets
We concluded our trip with several short sessions focusing on the most beautiful light of sunrise and sunset. Early mornings are always a challenge, but we never regret them. The morning light is incredibly soft, and even the most crowded places offer a bit of space to capture the intimate atmosphere of the moment.
The Bond Between People: The Foundation of Good Photography
On the last day of the photo shoot in Venice, we decided to conclude with a shared dinner. It was wonderful to feel how from strangers, we became people who shared personal experiences, laughter, and mutual gratitude for the time spent together. It is these moments that give deeper meaning to the work as a photographer, proving that ultimately, the bond between people is the foundation of good photography.
