The international American-Polish wedding of Alex and Marcin near Cracow was the highlight of this season. Not only because of the nature of the event, but above all because they are our friends.
International Wedding: How is it Different?
We have to admit, we love international weddings. Undoubtedly, the cultural and energetic mix at such events is remarkable. The atmosphere during such celebrations is similar to traveling abroad. You know that feeling when you’re in a new place, surrounded by foreign people who radiate positive energy and shower you with smiles at every step? That’s exactly it!
Humanist Wedding: Touching Speeches
The ceremony of Alex and Marcin was a combination of a civil ceremony conducted by the registrar and a humanist one, during which Alex’s Godfather took on the role of the celebrant. These were probably the most touching speeches we’ve ever heard. Everyone was in tears – the couple, parents, friends, Kasia, and even guests sitting in the back rows. You’ll hear excerpts from the speeches at the wedding in the video created by Kostek!
First Look and Outdoor Photo Session on the Wedding Day
First Look is an intimate moment where the couple can see each other for the first time without all the guests around, family, in short – without additional stress. It’s the perfect situation if you’re sensitive and the moment when you see each other for the first time is incredibly important to you. Usually, we don’t combine it with an outdoor photo session on the wedding day, but this time the intensity of the later schedule encouraged us to do so. And it was worth it. Those few simple shots turned out beautifully and naturally.
Beautiful Decorations and Accessories: The Devil is in the Details
Beautiful decorations, flowers, chairs, or the chosen tablecloths can completely determine the aesthetic perception of your venue – in short, the devil is in the details. In this case, everything was taken care of by top-notch professionals under the coordination of Karolina from Bride Side Wedding Planner. The flowers – in a full range of warm colors: from peach, through intense orange, to deep shades of burgundy. Dark, bottle-green tablecloths, colorful candles, and delicate vases undoubtedly complemented everything perfectly.
International Wedding: Crazy Fun with Great Music
An international wedding equals crazy fun! It always goes hand in hand! Undoubtedly, the abundance of young guests eager for dancing and fun contributes to this, as they don’t miss a single music set. And the music was top-notch thanks to This Cover Band. There was no cliché, “typical wedding dance”, or mundane songs that everyone is tired of. The guests had a blast, and we even put down our cameras to join in the fun after our work was done! 🙂
